Zeitgeist

No one can consider themselves a true car fan without looking at the past. Zeitgeist is a brand new section where AutomoBible delves into specific parts of automotive history. Click on the button below if you want to learn more about what we publish here. If you prefer to go straight to our latest posts, just scroll down...

Modern cars come with several key parts whose names we hear all the time. However, do you really know what they stand for? For example, could you say what exactly a modular platform is? Here, we like to use recent events as the starting point to write a little bit about the history of such key components, so you can learn about them in context.

Another interesting topic is auction sales. While that activity has been quite common for decades, it used to be restricted to people effectively involved in auctions. Nowadays, popular culture and the Internet have projected auction sales to everyone, especially because most of them concern beloved classic cars such as the legendary Buick GNX.

Since AutomoBible is written by people passionate about cars, we cannot help but share our visions as well. Therefore, this section also features occasional articles with unique analyses such as how a given car model performed on the market, like when the Ford EcoSport was dropped from the global market. We want to provide you with new points of view.

Those are only some parts of what you are going to find on Zeitgeist. Feel free to revisit this page every now and then. We strive to bring you nothing but the best on automotive history.
